Domestic Violence Prevention Program
Domestic Violence (DV) Groups
For adult men and women who have been charged or struggle with couple or family violence. These groups meet for 24, or 32 weeks depending on violence history and risk assessment. We are a trauma focused, certified batterer intervention program through the Virginia Batterer Intervention Program Certification Board, which enforces the use of best practices in working with batterers.
Cost: $55 -Assessment, $30 per group session, $55 per individual session

Those that successfully complete the program are eligible for up to six FREE couples and/or family counseling. This is made possible by a grant provided by Bernardine Franciscan Sisters Foundation.
Sobriety and Safety Services: Combined Substance Use and Batterers Intervention Program
Gender specific and Trauma Informed combined substance use and trauma Batterers Intervention therapy for those who have experienced negative impacts from substance use and the use of aggression. Learn and practice healthy alternatives and reduce impact of past traumas. Includes a combination of group and individual sessions. A 28-week program.
Program is offered in our Williamsburg office only.
* Urine drug screens and breathalyzers are included in the program cost
** Programs are approved by ASAP and Probation and/or Parole
Cost: Assessments: $70, Individual or group sessions: $40. Medical Insurance may be used for assessments and individual sessions. All programs are subject to a sliding scale for fee adjustments and costs are subject to change.
