LAUNCH:
A program designed for at risk youth to help them successfully transition into independent adulthood.
Launch is a program designed to help youth ages 15 to 24 who are in residential treatment, have been incarcerated, in other anguished environments, or have experienced significant trauma gain the life skills needed to transition independently into adulthood.
The program’s free services include:
Trauma assessment and counseling
Individual and family counseling
Group sessions to provide personal and life skills training
Job readiness training with employment referrals and support
Case management to address identified risk factors
Mentorship
