Fresh Start: Adult Job Readiness

The Fresh Start Job Readiness program is specifically designed to service the adult job seeker with identifiable barriers. Initially tailored as a resource for those with criminal records, agency experts have diversified the program to accommodate and guide youth towards successful and developing career goals, those aging out of the foster care system, victims of domestic violence, human trafficking and the homeless. Participants are assisted and taught skills in finding and keeping employment.

You must reserve your seat in the upcoming class or schedule yourself for any of our scheduled classes throughout the year.

Fresh Start is an accelerated program, which requires the client(s) to commit to two days (8 hours) of training before being referred for a job.

Program curriculum include the following topics (i.e. Completing a job application, Interviewing skills, developing a resume (either Functional, Chronological or a Combination type); Stress Management and Coping Skills assisted with their strategic plan towards success and budget counseling.

Our valued community service agencies collaborative partners churches and organizations can refer clients deemed “hard to hire” directly to the program and asking to speak to the Fresh Start Staff.

The cost of the entire program is $75.00.
